For Leg Cramps:

  • Tums,Citracal,or Caltrate

NO ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND!

I NEVER say it is ok to drink alcohol in pregnancy.

I realize there are some theories out there saying a glass of wine occasionally is just fine...I DISAGREE!! Don't take any chances with your baby.

What about Caffine in Pregnancy?

You should avoid consuming a lot of caffeine.

Studies have shown that a small amount of caffeine (less than 1 Coke/day) does not affect a pregnancy. Caffeine is a mild diruetic, however, so you MUST drink plenty of water!
